Erfan Parsapour
Film Director / CEO / Co-Founder
Erfan Parsapour, born on May 17, 1989, is a multifaceted writer and director in the realms of film, animation, and theater. His early foray into the art world through paintings and caricatures garnered international acclaim during his childhood, setting the stage for his future endeavors. Transitioning into animation, he excelled as an art director and concept artist, earning recognition as a prominent young artist in Iran in 2010. Notably, his directorial career has been particularly fruitful in animation, with his debut film "The Incomplete" (2019) receiving numerous international awards and nominations at esteemed festivals such as Goteborg, RIFFA Academy, ALPINALE, and Busan Animation Festival. Subsequently, he ventured into live-action filmmaking with "Nowhere" (2023). "The Alchemist Apprentice" (2024) stands as his latest 2D animated cinematic creation. With over 15 years of experience in the animation industry, he is the founder of HOPTOONS animation studios.
Sarah Kayvan
Executive Manager / Co-Founder
Sara Kayvan, born on March 23, 1983, is a seasoned business manager and entrepreneur with a strong foothold in the animation industry. Her involvement in numerous animated film projects has been instrumental, serving in pivotal roles such as production manager and producer. Additionally, she boasts a successful track record in international sales and distribution of both live-action and animation films across diverse platforms. Her leadership extends to her roles as a manager, internal executive director, chairman, and co-founder of HOPTOONS animation studios.
Zahra Mansouriyeh
Production Manager / Co-Founder
Zahra Mansouriyeh, born on October 17, 1987, commenced her career as a professional designer, photographer, and animation artist. Her contributions to various animation projects in the capacity of a production manager have been significant. Notably, she holds the distinction of being the founder of HOPTOONS animation studios and serves as the CEO of HOPbrands, the graphic design sister studio of HOPTOONS Animation.
